After recent announcements by the UK Government, from Saturday 8th August 2020 our guests will need to wear face masks/coverings while in the gift shop, toilet blocks, Smokey Joes indoor seating (unless eating or drinking), Tony’s (unless drinking) and our indoor lazer tag game, Rootin’ Tootin’ Target Trail. Those under the age of 11 years or who are medically exempt are not required to wear face masks.

What measures are you taking to keep guests and staff safe from COVID-19?
We are adopting many measures to reassure that our guest and team wellbeing is our foremost top priority. These include;
Are there any rides closed due to social distancing?
Currently the mini pirate ship is closed due to social distancing, as is Woody’s Cub House which the Government has still prohibited the opening of soft play areas. The parrot show has also been postponed due the Government’s recent announcement regarding indoor performances. In the event of any further Government announcements, we will review our policy accordingly.
Do I need to wear a mask?
For the safety and wellbeing of our guests we recommend that our guests wear masks. After recent Government updates, the following areas require the use of a face mask/covering, unless under the age of 11 or are medically exempt; Rootin’ Tootin’ Target Trail, Tony’s (unless drinking), Smokey Joes (unless eating or drinking), toilet blocks and the gift shop. When it reopens, the parrot show will also be on the list for mask wearing facilities, unless under the age of 11 or medically exempt.
Do I need to pre book my visit?
Yes, all our guests must pre book their visits to Pleasurewood Hills via our website, including Season Pass holders.
Can I turn up and pay on the gate?
No. To ensure our limited capacity all our visits must be pre booked
What is the arrival time for?
Our arrival times are for guests to arrive at their allocated time slots, this is to ensure our queues are socially distanced and that everyone enters the park in a safe and timely manner.
Do I have a to leave after a certain time?
Once in the park, our guests are welcome to stay up to closing time. We are open 10am – 5pm on our selected opening days.
I have a promotional code. What do I do?
Simply go to reservations, select “I Have a Voucher Code” and follow the instructions.
Can I still purchase tickets for future dates?
Tickets are now live with more dates being added.
Can I pay by cash?
No. We will only be accepting contactless or debit card payment across the park. No cash transactions will be allowed.
Can I visit reception?
No. Following the UK Government’s advice on social distancing, we will be closing our reception to the public.
Can I still buy a season pass?
Yes, we are still selling season passes to Pleasurewood Hills. They are £65 each and are valid up to 1st November 2020..
I have a season pass. Do I need to prebook?
Yes. All visits to the park must prebook before their visit. Simply go to the home page and reservations, select “I Have a Season Pass”
I have a 2020 free admission ticket that expires soon, would the valid date be extended?
If you have a complimentary pass that is dated for the 2020 season, their validity will be extended up to 31st July 2020. There will also need to be prebook these visits.
I have Tesco Clubcard points, should I redeem them?
We are not presently accepting Tesco Clubcard points. We do anticipate this will be introduced again at a later date. Please do Those who have redeemed points to visit the park during the time we are closed, please contact Tesco Clubcard customer services on 0800 591688.
