Is there any minimum or maximum height restrictions?
If guests are under 1 meter they are free of charge, however there are a selection of rides and attractions they can enjoy accompanied with an adult. For further details on individual rides please select rides and attractions in our menu.
I’ve got a discount voucher to apply at checkout, but the amount taken off isn’t what I expected?
All voucher discount amounts stated are applicable to our standard gate admission price. Our online price is already discounted. If your voucher states £5 off online, this means that £2 was taken off by booking online initially, with the further £3 being applied at checkout.
I’m disabled- what proof do I need to get the concession ticket price?
We offer a concession rate of £16 per guest at the gate or £15 when you book online for disabled guests. We ask for one of the following documents to support the ticket price:
- A certified NHS Letter from your doctor or consultant clearly stating why you are eligible for the policy
- A DLA, DWP or PIP letter
- A blue badge along with an additional form of photographic identification
If I do not want to go on any of the rides, do I still need to pay to come in?
All guests do have to pay to enter the park. We now offer a non rider ticket at £10 per guest, which entitles guests to visit the sealion and parrot shows, ride the trains and chairlift plus enjoy any other on park entertainers that might be available on the day but all other rides are exempt. If you change your mind through the day and want to go on the rides, simply re-present your receipt at the admission booths and they can upgrade you to a full day entry. This rate may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, and may not be paid for with Tesco vouchers.
ENTRY TO THE PARK
Children under 12 years old must me accompanied by an adult. Under 12’s without adult supervision will be refused entry.
Can we bring dogs into the park?
Dogs (Except Guide and Assistance Dogs) are not allowed on park. Please note that under no circumstances should dogs be left in vehicles on our car park.
How do I get ‘Group Rates’?
We offer discounted group rates from 10+ guests. These discounts are available on-the-day at the admission booths. For groups of 15+ please call us direct: 01502 586000 – our team will be happy to help.
How do I make a complaint or offer some feedback about our visit?
Please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We always try to answer your complaint/query within 10 working days of receipt. We value your feedback and constantly strive to improve, so we thank you for taking the time to contact us.
Can we use Tesco Vouchers on the park?
Tesco Clubcard vouchers are only valid against full-price individual Gold & Silver (Pay-on-Day) admissions, when presented on arrival at our admission booths. These are not valid against season passes, pre-booked, online or concessionary rates. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
I can’t print my internet ticket, can I still buy online?
When you purchase a ticket online you will be emailed with your booking confirmation and on this you will have a unique 6 digit reference number. If you make a note of this number on your phone or a piece of paper etc, our team will be able to retrieve your booking on arrival.
My vouchers just says “Terms and Conditions Apply”, what does this mean?
If your voucher doesn’t have any specific terms and conditions it means the voucher has our standard terms. This means that you can use the voucher or discount ticket, but you can’t use it in conjunction with any other offer, discount or Tesco Clubcard voucher. The voucher you have can only be used against full priced Gold & Silver admissions. The management reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of the facilities at anytime without prior notice. Guests are informed that rides, shows and attractions maybe closed temporarily, withdrawn or otherwise unavailable at anytime due to technical or operational reasons, capacity or inclement weather. The management are not obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. Some rides have height restrictions. Tesco Clubcard vouchers are only redeemable against Gold & Silver admissions. 2-for-1: Voucher entitles the holder to one FREE ENTRY per voucher and per full paying Gold admission. If the bearer of this voucher buys a full priced Gold admission to the Pleasurewood Hills, then s/he may take with him/her one other person who will enter the Theme Park on the same day free of charge.
I have a voucher, can I use this online?
We can only redeem vouchers at our admission booths, unless they specifically say they are for use via our website. Our online prices are already discounted, so make sure you pre-book them.
