Pleasurewood Hills is home to many amazing rides and attractions which have thrilled families and fun lovers for generations, including such favourites as Marble Madness, Egg-Spress, Wipeout and many more. As an operative you will be the face of these amazing fun-filled attractions and make great memories, greeting customers, boarding them safely, monitoring and cleaning queue lanes and operating the ride itself. (Ride operatives must be aged 18 years or over).
Are you passionate about food service? Are you looking to further your career in food and beverage? Join our dining outlet and restaurant teams with roles including service, food preparation, cooking and more (Food & Hygiene Certificate Level 2 is desirable not essential as training will be given).
Are you a dynamic, friendly people’s person? Do you have great customer service with good communication skills? Our retail and admissions teams would be the position for you as the first face our guests see welcoming them to the park, greeting them for their fun day out, or making their day the perfect one with a visit to our gift shop.
Do love the fun and vibrant environment of arcades? Do you enjoy helping people and giving great customer service? We have opportunities in our arcades offering our guests memorable experiences from dancing machines, competitive video games, street activities and penny slots.
The Street Team are the life of the party, always buzzing with excitement, meeting and greeting, helping our guests with information and being the face of the park whether welcoming guests at the entrance, greeting people at the shows or being the main attraction of Pleasurewood Hills, our beloved Woody Bear. This role is ideal for those with passion for dancing, acting and especially those with a friendly, fun loving, dynamic personality.
We pride ourselves on the presentation and cleanliness of our park. Hygiene is incredibly important to both guest safety and satisfaction, from our restaurants, toilet blocks, waste points and much more. Our cleaning team work closely with our other park teams and are always the friendly contact to assist with our guests.
The safety and wellbeing our guests and team is our priority. Our security and first aid teams are integral to our daily operations. It is a great opportunity to work in this field in a fun, dynamic environment. Please note that for each position you must be over the age of 18, with first aid requiring a valid First Aid at Work certificate and security requiring a valid SIA badge).
