Can we bring dogs into the park?
Sorry no, we don't allow dogs into the park. I'm afraid of dogs!
Can we keep them in our cars and visit them throughout the day?
Sorry again, I may be afraid of them, but I feel so bad for them being left in the car. If one of the staff finds one we have to phone the RSPCA to make sure they're okay.
Can I get group rates on the gate?
You can! Our group rates start at 10 people on the gate with a discounted price.
I want to buy a group ticket for 9 on the gate. How do I do this?
Our Gang tickets for 4 - 9 people are only available online. So make sure you get them on there.
How do I make a complaint?
Sorry you had a bad time on the park! You can make a complaint by emailing info@pleasurewoodhills.com. We will then try to answer your complaint within 10 working days of receipt, although we sometimes cannot guarantee this. But we will reply as soon as we can!
Can we use Tesco Vouchers on the park?
It is our pricing policy to only accept Tesco vouchers against full priced adults and children only. (£18 and £16) You can pay in full or part payment of these entrance prices. Please note though, no change is given on vouchers and you can't use them with any other discount voucher or offer.
I can't print my internet ticket, can I still buy online?
If you can't print your ticket, it's okay! When you purchase a ticket online you will be emailed with your booking confirmation and on this you will have a unique 6 digit reference number. If you make a note of this number on your phone, piece of paper or even written on your paw, our staff will be able to book you in to the park.
My vouchers just says "Terms and Conditions Apply", what does this mean?
It seems your voucher is a bit small so we couldn't fit everything on! If your voucher doesn't have any specific terms and conditions it means the voucher has our standard terms. This means that you can use the voucher or discount ticket, but you can't use it in conjunction with any other offer, discount or Tesco Clubcard voucher. The voucher you have can only be used against full price adult and full price child tickets only, which are £18 and £16 (2012 prices).
I have a voucher, can I use this online?
We only take vouchers on the gates, unless they specifically say they are for use on the internet (there aren't many!) Our online prices are already discounted, so make sure you pre-book them.
