Entertainment For All The Family

If you’re looking for live entertainment then look no further than our fantastic shows including our classic Sea Lion and Parrot shows which will amaze and delight the whole family.

Pleasurewood Hills

Halloween makes its return to Pleasurewood Hills this October half term.

Visit the park from 20 to 28 October for Pleasurewood Chills and some family fun with a spooky twist. Sit back and enjoy the brand new show and see if Woody Bear can save the day by tracking down the missing animal that has escaped from the Mad Professor’s bag. Featuring special effects and comedy, this show (which runs for approx. 20 minutes) can be enjoyed by the whole family.

If you love the show there will be time to meet some of the stars of the stage as they will join Woody Bear for a special Trick or Treat Halloween Parade. The colourful characters will make their way around the park, but watch out for the mischievous ones of the group who love to play tricks on people!

If your family are big fans of Halloween, dust off your fancy dress costume and wear it on your visit to enter the park’s fancy dress competition. Judging will take place at the Castle Theatre after the second show every day and prizes will be presented for the best costumes. Feeling creative? Then you can also try carving your very own pumpkin or making some slime to take home (small charge applies for both).

Face painters will also be on the park from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th October to create cute Halloween themed looks little ones will love wearing during their visit. Face painting is free but donations are being collected to raise money for the NSPCC.

Throughout the October half term Pleasurewood Hills will be open from 10am to 5pm. All of the usual rides, shows and attractions will be open so there will be plenty to pack in to your visit.

Parrot Show

Check out our fun-packed parrot show where you’ll see our very own feathered friends performing their special blend of animal talent. We keep it short and sweet, packing in tricks showcasing their balance, memory and much more into a 15 minute show. Forget “Who’s a pretty Polly”, you’ll be surprised at what our colourful companions can really do and the Parrot Show remains one of the longest standing and popular features of the park.

Sea Lion Show

The majestic, energetic and unbelievably bright Sea Lions have been the icing on the cake for any visitor to the park. Old or young, it’s impossible not to fall for their charms and be amazed by their tricks, agility and watch out if they’re feeling cheeky – they might stick their tongues out!
