25 October 2019
This Sunday 27 October we will be seeing the season out in epic style, joined by our partners and display specialists Titanium, who will be putting on the biggest show of the East Coast.
Regulars for some of the nation’s biggest events’ Titanium have hosted such landmark celebrations as the London Mayor New Year’s Eve fireworks and the Rugby World Cup to name a few.
If you are thinking of joining us for the last day of the season and the firework spectacular here are a few tips to help you make the most of your visit.
The team will be setting up the area from 4pm which means we will need to close some of our rides slightly earlier than normal. The good news is we will be extending the opening time for some of our other rides so check out the details below to start planning your day now:
Bumpercar Garage (mini dodgems)
Full Scream Ahead
Log Flume (depending on light conditions)
Hyper Drive (depending on light conditions)
Rootin Tootin Target Trail
Mini Pirate Ship
Our ‘Creepy Caves’ will also be open for an extra session between 4pm and 6pm. You can visit the team and meet live insects and creepy crawlies. Just drop in to the Castle Theatre any time during the session. Sessions will also run in the ‘Creepy Caves’ between 10.30am and 11.30am and 1.30 and 2.30pm.
The Fireworks start at 6pm and entry to the display is included in your ticket to come in to the park. The team in charge of the display are Titanium Fireworks – they’re responsible for the New Year’s Eve display in London so we know the evening will end with a bang! The display will last for around 10-15 minutes – we hope you enjoy it!
