Coronavirus /COVID-19 FAQs

What measures are you taking to keep guests and staff safe from COVID-19?

We are proud to announce we have been rated “Good To Go” by Visit Britain for the implementation of all our measures to keep our guests safe from COVID-19/Coronavirus. We are adopting many measures to reassure that our guest and team wellbeing is our foremost top priority. These include;

  • The spraying of Zoono across rides and touchpoints, an anti-microbe and anti-viral spray providing up to 30 days protection.
  • Ride touch points are wiped down with anti bacterial after every use
  • Rides are cleaned with anti bacterial every 30 minutes
  • Social distancing markers are in place across the park
  • Visits must be pre booked online
  • All payments across the park are to be made by card or contactless

Our online booking system and reservation is our track and trace solution, so guests must pre-book and input their details to ensure their own and other’s wellbeing. We also no longer print park maps to reduce touchable surfaces. Park maps are available across the park and with our QR codes, are available to download on to most smartphones and pad devices.

Are there any rides closed due to social distancing?

At present the only rides that will be closed due to social distancing are the following;
