We are continuing to work closely with the authorities and will be implementing protective measures across the park to keep safety at the heart of the experience.

When are you reopening?
We will be reopening Pleasurewood Hills on Saturday 4th July.
I have pre-booked tickets to Pleasurewood Hills. What should I do?
If you have booked a dated ticket with us online to visit in April to June, these will now be Anytime tickets and will be valid to use for any date of your choosing during our 2020 season. Visit Pleasurewood Hills home page, select “I Already Have a Ticket”, enter your code and select a date to visit and time of arrival.
Can I just turn up?
No. We are only accepting prebooked online tickets.
How do I prebook a visit?
Simply go to the home page to reserve a ticket, select I Don’t Have a Ticket, reserve a date to visit and a time slot for arrival.
I have a promo code what do I do?
Simply go to reservations, select “I Have a Voucher Code” and follow the instructions.
Can I still purchase tickets for future dates?
Tickets are now live with more dates being added.
How can I pay on the park?
We will only be accepting contactless or debit card payment. No cash transactions will be allowed.
Can I visit reception?
No. Following the UK Government’s advice on social distancing, we will be closing our reception to the public.
I’m a season pass holder. What should I do?
Season Passes purchased before 1st May 2020 have now been extended up to 30th June 2021. The option to roll over the pass to the whole 2021 season expires on 2nd July 2020.
I have a season pass. Do I need to prebook?
Yes. All visits to the park must prebook before their visit. Simply go to the home page and reservations, select “I Have a Season Pass”
I’ve bought a season pass, what else do I need to do?
Before we can process your season pass you will need to send us a photograph of the pass holder and a form of ID. Please find more details here.
I am paying for my season passes by Direct Debit, what should I do?
Direct Debit payments would proceed as normal. Paused payments will result in a suspended membership until payments resume. Those who have purchased a season pass by Direct Debit and fully paid will also have their passes extended up to 30th June 2021.
I have a 2020 free admission ticket that expires soon, would the valid date be extended?
If you have a complimentary pass that is dated for the 2020 season, their validity will be extended up to 31st July 2020. There will also need to be prebook these visits.
I have Tesco Clubcard points, should I redeem them?
We are not presently accepting Tesco Clubcard points. We do anticipate this will be introduced again at a later date. Please do Those who have redeemed points to visit the park during the time we are closed, please contact Tesco Clubcard customer services on 0800 591688.
