Ride operatives and attendants
Pleasurewood Hills is about fun and thrills with all our rides and attractions. Be part of the team and make some amazing memories for our guests.
Food & Beverage/bar service assistants
Do you have a passion for food and customer service? Join our food and beverage teams to work in our dynamic catering outlets and start your culinary journey.
Retail & Admissions
Do you enjoy greeting people with a smile and offering great customer service? Join our admissions and retail team.
Entertainments & Promotions
Do you love making people smile, enjoy engaging and making great memories. Are you fun, dynamic and friendly. Join the park ents team to assist with events and our beloved mascot.
Cleaning crew

Applications close 31st January 2025. Applicants must be aged 16 years or over at the time of employment. Those applying as ride operatives, security personnel and bar service personnel must be aged 18 years or over. Security applicants must have a current SIA certification. Applicants for first aid responders must hold First Aid at Work 3-day course certification.
While we aim to get back to all applicants, if you have not heard back from the park within 28 days, your application has not been successful.
Successful applicants will be contacted by email and invited to our 2 hour group stage interviews at the park. The candidtaes must be available on the either of the below dates for the relevant departments;

We have exciting new positions available to join the much loved and revered animal team at Pleasurewood Hills. Be part of the team behind the family favourites Birds of Paradise, Sea Lion Splash and Creepy Cave activities, that raise awareness of our amazing flippered and feathery friends, our conservation partnerships and to share knowledge with our guests. We are looking for;
Display Presenters
We are recruiting for part-time presenters for our animal displays. Applicants must be upbeat and enthusiastic and engaging with guests. A background in animal or biological science is desirable but not essential. Willingness to learn and confidence around birds is essential.
Research Students
Are you studying an animal or biological science related course? Want to learn more from experts in the field? Pleasurewood Hills encourages and supports research which benefits animal management, conservation and contributes to the knowledge we hold about animals. If you are looking to undertake some research to support your college or university course, or first-hand experience for a dissertation or coursework, do get in touch.
Internships and Volunteering
Are you interested in getting some practical experience in animal care to compliment your animal studies? We are able to offer opportunities for both regular volunteering and block internships to help you gain more hands on experience in this field. The valuable knowledge and skills earned will benefit anyone wishing to progress into animal care work as a career.
