What documentation do you accept for accessibility?

Pleasurewood Hills proudly works with Nimbus Disability and the Nimbus Access Card, providing guests and services ease of communication with accessibility requirements. From the 2026 we only accept Nimbus Access Cards or the Digital Access Passes for Ride Access passes and Essential Companions. Both the Digital Access Passes and Nimbus cards are available through the Nimbus website.For more information and how to apply, please see our accessibility page.

What is Ride Access?
-
For guests who have access requirements and can provide the accepted documentation supplied by Nimbus Disability, we provide Ride Access passes. This allows guests to board rides via either the exit lane or if available, the dedicated Ride Access lane. Guests with the wristband may be accompanied by up to three guests and can use it per attraction once every 30 minutes. Please note, Ride Access is not available on Cannonball Express or Wavebreaker. Misuse of this service and unacceptable language or behaviour towards our staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the park.

Do you charge for parking at Pleasurewood Hills?

How do you monitor parking at Pleasurewood Hills?
-
The entrance to the park near the red gates is monitored by an ANPR camera. This means Automatic Number Plate Recognition. When the car arrives at the park it is read on entry, and read again on departure. The system will then check number plates that either been paid for or been registered.

How can I pay for car parking?
-
Car parking can be paid by a number of means. It can be;
- Added to your basket when purchasing your ticket
- Adding to your premium season pass when you purchase the pass
- Paid via the RingGo app using site reference 71654 (RingGo is free to download for iOS and Android. Please note RingGo do add an admin fee when paying for parking using the app).
- Pay on site at reception

I'm just dropping off someone. Do I still need to pay for parking?
-
There is a 10 minute complimentary drop off and collection allowance. Leaving the parking within this time allowance no charge will be required. After 10 minutes, a charge would be required.

I'm a taxi or coach driver driver, do I still need to pay?
-
We are proud to work closely with transport providers including taxi cabs and coaches. If you are working as a driver, on arrival, please visit reception with an ID and we can advise with registering your plate for the single visit without the need to pay for parking.

I have just received a fine, what do I do?
-
We do not wish people to get fines, or Parking Charge Notices (PCN). If you have received one, and you wish to appeal, please contact Smart Parking. Please note our staff at the park cannot help with parking fines.

I have a blue badge, do I still need to pay?
-
Yes, payment is still required for guests who have a blue badge. For those with the blue badge, you can park in our disabled bays. Please ensure to have the badge on display in the windscreen.

What is the minimum park entry age?
-
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Any under 12s without adult supervision will be refused entry.

Can I hire a mobility scooter?
-
Yes we do offer mobility scooters for hire. These can be booked online with your tickets or booked on the day. Please note, they are first come first served. If you try to book online but you cannot add it to the cart, it is most probable we have sold out and none are available to hire.

Do you have lockers on the park?
-
We have lockers to hire for guests. They are located near the main entrance, payable by card or contactless only. Please note that lockers are subject to availability.

Can we bring dogs into the park?
-
Dogs (except guide and assistance dogs) are not allowed on park. Please note that under no circumstances should dogs be left in vehicles on our car park.

Am I able to leave the park and come back later?
-
Yes, once in the park and upon leaving, you will be given a handstamp to grant you return entry for the remainder of the day.

Do you have water refill taps on the park?
-
It is very important to stay hydrated, especially in the hot summer months. As well as the soft drinks sold at our outlets, we also provide free drinking water taps, located at the toilet blocks around the park.

Do you accept cash?
-
Yes we accept cash at our reception, and the following outlets; Tonys, Smokey Joes, The Galley, Roosters and Parrot Ices. We also accept most major debit and credit cards, and contactless including Apple and Google Pay. Please note we do not currently accept American Express.

Do you have a cash machine on site?
-
No we do not currently have a cash machine on site. The nearest cash machine is at Tesco superstore on Leisure Way.

Can I smoke while I'm on park?
-
Yes you are able to smoke on park. We do not currently have designated smoking areas. However, the following areas smoking is not permitted; any indoor facilities including toilet blocks, queue lanes, main entrance, eating areas and food outlet queues.

Rides & Attractions

Are there any minimum or maximum height restrictions?
-
Height restrictions do apply for rides and attractions. This is for safety inline with the manufacturer guidance. Please see our park map, our website and signage upon entry to the ride for more information.

Do you offer ride access?

Pleasurewood Hills is proud to be working with Nimbus Access for accessibility. A Nimbus Access Card or Digital Access Pass will be required for disability concession entry and the appropriate symbols need for Ride Access.For more information please visit our Accessibility page.

Do you allow filming on rides?
-
We love to welcome vloggers. Cameras must be approved by park management and the park’s technical team to ensure that fastenings are suitable and safe. Loose items such as mobile phones should not be taken on to rides. Operators reserve the right to question and challenge the filming on rides should they feel permission and equipment checking has not been fulfilled. Can I take food or drink onto a ride?

Eating or drinking is not permitted on any of our rides or attractions.

Can I take items onto a ride?
-
You are advised not to take any loose items onto a ride, such as bags, mobile devices, sunglasses, caps, scarves etc. Please note the park or Pleasurewood Hills does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property. Any property brought on to park property, is done so entirely at the guest discretition.

Dated Entry - why are your prices different on different days?

We operate a dynamic pricing system for dated entry tickets. This means that our dated entry is pre discounted, so our guests can enjoy a fun day out at great value. The prices vary according to a number of factors such as time of year, day of the week, weather etc. It operates in a similar way to plane, train and hotel services. Essentially the earlier purchase, the better chances of savings.

What is the best way to purchase tickets?

The best way to purchase tickets for a day at Pleasurewood Hills theme park is via our website at pleasurewoodhills.com. Tickets can be downloaded or loaded into the app.

If I do not want to go on any of the rides, do I still need to pay to come in?
-
All guests have to pay to enter the park. The non-rider option has been discontinued.

Do you offer a rainy day guarantee?
-
Yes, we offer a peace of mind solution with a rainy day guarantee insurance. The rain on the days needs to reach 5mm during trading hours. For full terms and details visit our Rainy Day Guarantee page.

How do I get ‘Group Rates’?

We offer discounted group rates. A meal deal option is also available for groups with 20+ guests. Any group bookings must be made ahead of your visit. For full details and to make an inquiry or booking, click here

Can we use Tesco Vouchers on the park?
-
Pleasurewood Hills will cease to be a supplier on the Tesco Clubcard website and Clubcard app on 22nd April 2026. This means if you wish to pay for entry using Tesco Clubcard, you have until 22nd April 2026 to redeem your Clubcard points and urn them into vouchers for entry to the park. All Tesco Clubcard vouchers must then be redeemed by 22nd October 2026. After this date, any unused vouchers will no longer be accepted. Tesco Clubcard vouchers are only valid against full-priced day entry admission. Guests using Tesco Clubcard voucher codes no longer need to pre-book their tickets online. Simply present your Clubcard voucher code that starts with PWH at the main gate on the day of your visit. Any remaining amount due can be paid via card or contactless. Please be advised that Tesco Clubcard points are not valid against season passes, pre-booked, online, any other promotions and offers or concessionary rates. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please note that we cannot give change for any Tesco vouchers.

My voucher just says “Terms and Conditions Apply”, what does this mean?
-
If your voucher doesn’t have any specific terms and conditions, it means the voucher has our standard terms. This means that you can use the voucher or discount ticket, but you can’t use it in conjunction with any other offer, discount or Tesco Clubcard voucher. The voucher you have can only be used against full priced day entry tickets.
The management reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of the facilities at any time without prior notice. Guests are informed that rides, shows and attractions may be closed temporarily, withdrawn or otherwise unavailable at any time due to technical or operational reasons, capacity or inclement weather.
The management are not obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. Some rides have height restrictions.
Tesco Clubcard vouchers are only redeemable against full price standard day admission.

I have a voucher, can I use this online?

If your voucher has an online voucher code it can only be used online and not on the gate. You will need to enter the code when prompted on the screen. Please follow the instructions provided.

Do your rides have flash photography?
-
Some of our rides include flash photography. These are Rootin Tootin’ Target Trail, Wipeout, Water Fun Factory, Egg-Spress, Wavebreaker and Marble Madness.

Is your first aid team able to offer me pain relief?
-
In the event first aid is required, our team will provide initial on scene treatment, and if required, recommend any follow up. Our team are unable to issue any pain relief (including paracetamol and ibuprofen), antihistamine or any other medication.

Can you go on rides if you are pregnant?
-
We strongly advise, and our safety signs reiterate, that pregnant women or women who believe they may be pregnant, should not use rides.

Can you go on rides with a pre-existing injury or medical condition?
-
All our rides have safety notifications and iterate strongly that if you have a pre-existing injury or medical issue, to refrain from using rides. If you have a serious medical issue such as but not limited to heart problems, you must not use any of the rides. Please be aware that using any of the attractions you do so at your own choice and you own risk.

Do you have places to eat at Pleasurewood Hills?

Yes we have a wide assortment of flavours across Pleasurewood Hills to enjoy. There are burger specials at Smokey Joes, chicken wraps at Roosters, authentic Italian thin crust pizzas at Tonys, hot dogs at The Galley and mouth-watering Mexican street food at Amigos. For a sweet taste, Parrot Ices has a wide range of Cornish ice cream flavours plus donuts, sweet waffles at The Galley and churros from Amigos. Please note, outlet opening times may vary and menu items are subject to availability.

Are any of your dishes at the park suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, we are proud to offer a range of plant based foods. Our chips are fried separately and are vegan friendly. We offer a vegan option for pizzas (sweetcorn and pepper/Margherita) with a vegan cheese. There is a vegan friendly vegetable mince topping at Amigos for loaded friends or burrito. There is also a vegan option at Smokey Joes. For a sweet palate, Parrot Ices offers a vegan vanilla ice cream. This is lactose free and is suitable for vegans. Please note, if you require allergen information, please ask a member of the team, who would happily be of help.

Do you have any offerings that are gluten free?

We offer a gluten free pizza base at Tonys. Our chips are also gluten free and are fried separately. Please note our food offerings are prepared offsite and provided by external sources. While we do our utmost to ensure allergen free, we cannot guarantee cross contamination in the production and supply processes. What do you do if you have allergies?

All our outlets have allergen matrixes, to give our guests the best information we have available on ingredients. If you have any queries, we will always be on hand and help with any food related queries. Please note our food offerings are prepared offsite and provided by external sources. While we do our utmost to ensure allergen free, we cannot guarantee cross contamination in the production and supply processes. If you have any queries, please ask a member of the team or call the park on 01502 586000. Please note, for guests with serious nut allergies, we highly recommend not attending the Birds of Paradise displays as the birds do eat nuts, including peanuts.

Do you sell alcohol at Pleasurewood Hills?

Yes we provide a range of refreshing alcoholic beverages at Tonys, our Italian-style pizzeria, as well as at Tasty Treasures. We sell a range of beers, wines and cider. We do not currently offer spirits or cocktails. Alcoholic drinks are served in degradable plastics for safety purposes. For the purchase of alcohol, photographic ID may be required. If no ID is provided when requested, there will be no sale.
