Price is per child. A fried meal consists of either sausage, chicken nuggets or the vegan option buffalo cauliflower bites. All meals are served with chips. Pasta options a penne pasta served with either a beef Bolognese, a vegetarian cheese sauce or the vegan option, tomato and herb sauce. All meals are served with a choice of either Smart Water, or a Capri Sun. Upon arrival to the park, a meal voucher will be issued per person with a paid meal. Customers are encouraged to keep these safe as they cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. The location of meal collections will be issued on arrival. For any allergen information please inform the park ahead of visit. Allergen information is also available at the outlet. Please ask a member of staff.

Operating hours

During school activities week, the park will be operating from 10am to 4pm. Ride availability accounting for planned maintenance is available online via the ride explorer page. Rides, shows and food outlets are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Pleasurewood Hills available here.

 

Altering numbers

Schools are to confirm all final numbers by no later than four weeks prior to visit. 

 

Meals

The school meal option must be prebooked.

 

Complimentary staff

We offer one complimentary member of staff for every 25 paying pupils.

 

Priority boarding

We offer priority boarding for guests with disabilities. Please make a note of this in your booking request with how many passes you require. For more information on priority boarding, please visit our accessibility page

 

Payment

Bookings at the lower ‘new’ and ‘return’ rates must be paid by no later than 31st March 2025.Failure of payment will result in the booking being requoted at the higher rate. Any bookings made from 1st April 2025 must be paid (payment reaching our account) by no later than Friday 13th June 2025. Failure of payment will result in the booking being cancelled. We accept payments by BACS and by card via a secure link. We no longer accept payment by cheque. Numbers cannot be amended after payment. Places are non-refundable. Non-attendees are non-refundable.

 

Admissions – Arriving by coach or mini bus

Our staff will be onsite to guide in coaches and greet schools. Please remain on the coach while our teams do a head count. We ask that school staff have all numbers at hand ready for our team.

 

On arrival a member of staff must make the reception aware of their arrival. During this time, all other passengers should remain on the coach or by its side. At reception, school staff must leave at least one onsite emergency contact mobile number and number plates for all vehicles. We will book the school in as one group, there is no need to print tickets. When our team are ready, they will give instruction to proceed to the gate. Schools are not to head to the gate until park welcome staff have instructed.

 

Arriving on foot

Any group arriving on foot are to wait in the designated area outside the main gate which is coned off to traffic. They are to follow the instructions of park staff. The group is not to obstruct any entrance for other guests. 

 

Clothing

Schools must wear either school uniform or their PE kit/shirts and must be identifiable at all times.

 

Size groups

Groups of high school students on park must not be below 3 or above 5 persons at all times.

 

Behaviour

We are a family friendly theme park attraction and we take a zero tolerance approach to any behaviour deemed antisocial. Anyone found to be behaving in this manner will be asked to leave the premise immediately. This includes but is not limited to; violence or threats of violence, foul language, language or behaviour deemed racist, sexist or discriminatory, intimidation of others, inappropriate use of mobile phones or other recording technology,  queue jumping, throwing projectiles from a ride, vandalism of park property or damage or theft  of property of other guests. This is not an exhaustive list.

 

Staffing

The pupils of the school are the responsibility of the school’s staff. School staff must have a designated meeting place on park as well as other staff monitoring pupil behaviour parkwide on a regular basis.

 

Damages

Any damage to park property and any rectifying actions such as cleaning services or repairs, will be at the expense of the school of the offending pupil/s.

 

Parking

Pleasurewood Hills offers coach and mini bus parking. We do operate a paid-for parking facility. Coaches and mini buses are exempt from paying for parking, but they must register their number plate at reception via our parking tablet. This is for each visit if they are leaving the park before a later collection, they will need to re-register their number plate.

We do offer a complimentary 10 (ten) minute collection/drop off allocation. After this allocation, payment or number plate registration is required.

 

 It is the onus of the school booking organiser to inform drivers of this rule. Pleasurewood Hills cannot be held liable for any Parking Charge Notices issued.
