SEASON PASS FAQs

    • The standard pass is lower priced whereas the premium pass offers additional value.

       

      Park entry dates

      All dates are included with premium pass whereas the standard pass has black out dates that apply. These are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout August, as well as firework season finale.

       

      Parking

      Parking is included with premium passes whereas with standard passes, day rate applies. Please note, with the complimentary parking for premium passes, a premium pass entitles the holder to one complimentary number plate registration. One plate per pass holder. Please ensure you arrive in the same vehicle. Any other vehicles will be subject to the day rate.

       

      Park discount

      Premium pass holders get 20% off park food, beverage and retail, whereas standard pass holders receive a discount of 10%.

    • Season passes are available online at pleasurewoodhills.com. Choose the web shop and season pass option, then follow the online instructions. Please note the passes are digital only. We will not be offering printed passes. We highly recommend guests to use the app to keep their pass in their virtual wallet, which will make the process of redeeming entry much easier.

    • No you do not need to reserve your visit. Simply scan you season pass upon entry. Please note, as a season pass holder, you would need to create an account within the app. The is free to do. Please note black out dates apply to standard season passes.

    • You can download the app when you purchase your pass, or visit our app page Download The App for more details and download link. The app is free to download and is available for Google Android via the Google Play Store and Apple iOS via the App Store.

    • For premium pass holders, they can have a car registration per premium pass. When you purchase your pass, you will be required to enter a registration number. Please ensure the number is entered correctly, and that you arrive in this vehicle. For standard pass holders, day rate applies.

    • Only with premium passes. While reserving entry is essential, all open dates are available with premium passes. With standard passes, black out dates apply. These are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout August, as well as the season firework finale.

    • As we have migrated till providers this season we are not offering the renewal option for the 2026 season.

      Terms and conditions

      All packages must be pre-booked and pre-paid at least two weeks’ in advance of the planned party date. A 20% deposit is required upon booking. Please note that we are unable to refund children cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

      Free admission for parents of the birthday child who are season pass holders will not be entitled to the free admission for parents as this is already included with the pass. Both season pass and non season pass birthday bookings are to collect their entry bands from reception upon arrival.

      Menu requirements must be provided at least three days prior to the party; this will help us to deliver a prompt service and not delay your fun.

        Terms and conditions

        The prices shown are irrespective of age. Guests under 90cm in height enter the park free of charge (meals are chargeable). Groups are a minimum of 20 paid guests.

        These group rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. In order to guarantee the above group rates, we would need a firm booking together with payment at least 14 days in advance of your visit.

          Terms and conditions

          Our corporate packages are bespoke based on the requirements of our guests. Exclusive use of park venues are subject to availability. Request for use of the park's conference facilities must be made no less than 14 days prior to visit. Enquiries are confirmed once an invoice has been issued. Any changes of numbers must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the date of visit. Bookings with late changes will be charged at the original invoice amount.
