    • Pleasurewood Hills has introduced the Eco Cup range, as we strive to be more environmentally sustainable, further reducing our use of single use plastic. Upon the purchase of your first draught drink, you will be provided with one of our reusable Eco Cups. Keep hold of this throughout the day and even throughout the season, and on the next purchase of a cold drink, provide your Eco Cup and you can enjoy a refill at a discounted rate. Since we introduced these cups in 2023, we have stopped over 50,000 bottles from going into waste. That’s a great saving, for people and planet.

    • Upon the purchase of an unlimited hot drinks refill, you will be provided a reusable hot drinks travel mug. Keep your receipt and throughout the day, you can enjoy unlimited hot drinks refills.     • There is nothing more refreshing on a hot day that a yard of ice cold slush. What’s even better is helping to do good for the planet at the same time. So when you purchase your first slush yard you’ll be given one of our branded slush yards. Produce this yard for purchases later that day and even throughout the season, and you can get your slush refill at a reduced rate. Did you know, so far with the reusable slush yards, we have prevented over 26,000 plastic cup lids and straws from going into the site’s waste? That’s great news for environment.

PLEASE NOTE: While we endeavour to have no nut based products on the park, our foods are prepared and cooked off site therefore we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. We would recommend anyone with a nut allergy or other serious food allergy to bring their own food.       Terms and conditions

      All packages must be pre-booked and pre-paid at least two weeks’ in advance of the planned party date. A 20% deposit is required upon booking. Please note that we are unable to refund children cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

      Free admission for parents of the birthday child who are season pass holders will not be entitled to the free admission for parents as this is already included with the pass. Both season pass and non season pass birthday bookings are to collect their entry bands from reception upon arrival.

      Menu requirements must be provided at least three days prior to the party; this will help us to deliver a prompt service and not delay your fun.

        The prices shown are irrespective of age. Guests under 90cm in height enter the park free of charge (meals are chargeable). Groups are a minimum of 20 paid guests.

        These group rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. In order to guarantee the above group rates, we would need a firm booking together with payment at least 14 days in advance of your visit.

          Our corporate packages are bespoke based on the requirements of our guests. Exclusive use of park venues are subject to availability. Request for use of the park's conference facilities must be made no less than 14 days prior to visit. Enquiries are confirmed once an invoice has been issued. Any changes of numbers must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the date of visit. Bookings with late changes will be charged at the original invoice amount.
