Accessibility Pass & Guidance
We are proud to partner with Nimbus Disability and their Access Card Scheme to streamline the process for Essential Companion tickets and Ride Access Pass eligibility.
The Nimbus Access Card provides a universal way to communicate your access requirements with organizations and ticketing systems across the UK and beyond.

Ride Access Service
We recognise that for some guests, accessing a ride via the conventional queue line can be challenging, whether due to mobility issues or difficulties with social interaction.
The Ride Access Service allows eligible guests who are unable to use conventional queue lines to access rides via the exit or designated access queue line.
If your Pleasurewood Hills DAP or Access Card displays either the Difficulty Standing, or the Difficulty with Crowds symbol, you qualify for the Ride Access Service. You can book this online. Please ensure you have your DAP or Access Card number. Upon arrival, please present your Access Card or Pleasurewood Hills DAP ID number to our admissions team, who will provide you with a Ride Access wristband.
We have now removed the Standing and Queuing symbol and replaced it with Diff. Standing and Diff. With Crowds.
We do also advise that the Urgent Access to Toilets symbol also be considered for an alternative queue system, due to the fact there may be a sudden need to leave a queue, unable to rejoin.
