Pleasurewood Hills Welcomes New General Manager - Pleasurewood Hills

The Hills are alive with energy and change as the much-loved Pleasurewood Hills theme park welcomes a new General Manager to take it into the future.

With a true passion for entertainments and leisure, Lowestoft-born Ricky Lark hails from working with one of the world’s largest resort operators Merlin Entertainments, to take the helm and steer the Pleasurewood ship bringing families and thrill seekers in the East of England the ultimate day out.

Mr Lark is looking forward to the new season. “I genuinely love Pleasurewood Hills and am really excited by the challenges ahead. The next few months here will be full-on and with all the changes and improvements happening here on the park, I’m truly looking forward to our opening on Saturday 6 April.”

In addition to a host of works being carried out to the landscaping and facilities and a new ticketing express lane to minimise queuing times, Pleasurewood Hills will also be introducing a new ride. Details are being kept under wraps for now, but the park will be releasing more details soon.

The much loved sealion, parrot and high dive shows will be returning as well as many exciting events taking place throughout the year including the Halloween and firework extravaganzas. Leading a passionate and dedicated team through 2019, Mr Lark is confident of the months to come.

Terms and conditions

All packages must be pre-booked and pre-paid at least two weeks’ in advance of the planned party date. A 20% deposit is required upon booking. Please note that we are unable to refund children cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Free admission for parents of the birthday child who are season pass holders will not be entitled to the free admission for parents as this is already included with the pass. Both season pass and non season pass birthday bookings are to collect their entry bands from reception upon arrival.

Menu requirements must be provided at least three days prior to the party; this will help us to deliver a prompt service and not delay your fun.

The prices shown are irrespective of age. Guests under 90cm in height enter the park free of charge (meals are chargeable). Groups are a minimum of 20 paid guests.

These group rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. In order to guarantee the above group rates, we would need a firm booking together with payment at least 14 days in advance of your visit.

Our corporate packages are bespoke based on the requirements of our guests. Exclusive use of park venues are subject to availability. Request for use of the park's conference facilities must be made no less than 14 days prior to visit. Enquiries are confirmed once an invoice has been issued. Any changes of numbers must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the date of visit. Bookings with late changes will be charged at the original invoice amount.
