Here at Pleasurewood Hills we are thrilled to have won two national theme park awards.

This Sunday the region’s favourite theme park won two bronze prizes in the Theme Parks UK national awards on Sunday. The winners were chosen from over 154,000 public votes and a panel of industry experts, and featured competition from some of the UK’s biggest attractions including Alton Towers, Thorpe Park and Legoland. Pleasurewood Hills was award bronze prizes for Best Value and Best Lockdown Activity.

General Manager Ricky Lark is thrilled to be awarded. “ We are so happy to have won these awards. The competition was incredible and to be victorious is absolutely superb. It has been a challenging year but we are so proud of the team and thankful to all our guests. Offering a great day out at excellent value is at the heart of the park and we are thrilled to be recognised on a national level for this achievement”.

While the park was closed due to the COVID-19 lockdown, the region’s furry friend and beloved mascot Woody Bear engaged with families across the region, the UK and beyond with fun-filled dance parties, where people at home danced along and on occasions Woody invited his mascot friends from across the country to take park.

The park’s Sales and Marketing Manager Andrew Fuller is thrilled at the win. “It is such an honour to win an award for the lockdown activity. The period was tough for people everywhere and we made it our mission to spread joy, hope and optimism for those stuck at home. The reason was absolutely incredible and we thank everyone for the support. Our friend Woody will be back soon, he misses all his friends dearly and can’t wait to start giving plenty of bear hugs”.

Pleasurewood Hills is part of the Looping Group, a Paris-based attractions company that also recently acquired Drayton Manor.

Terms and conditions

All packages must be pre-booked and pre-paid at least two weeks’ in advance of the planned party date. A 20% deposit is required upon booking. Please note that we are unable to refund children cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Free admission for parents of the birthday child who are season pass holders will not be entitled to the free admission for parents as this is already included with the pass. Both season pass and non season pass birthday bookings are to collect their entry bands from reception upon arrival.

Menu requirements must be provided at least three days prior to the party; this will help us to deliver a prompt service and not delay your fun.

The prices shown are irrespective of age. Guests under 90cm in height enter the park free of charge (meals are chargeable). Groups are a minimum of 20 paid guests.

These group rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. In order to guarantee the above group rates, we would need a firm booking together with payment at least 14 days in advance of your visit.

Our corporate packages are bespoke based on the requirements of our guests. Exclusive use of park venues are subject to availability. Request for use of the park's conference facilities must be made no less than 14 days prior to visit. Enquiries are confirmed once an invoice has been issued. Any changes of numbers must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the date of visit. Bookings with late changes will be charged at the original invoice amount.
