Partnership with South East Coffee

10 April 2026

Pleasurewood Hills is proud to announce a new partnership with Norwich-based coffee roasters South East Coffee, bringing premium, locally roasted coffee and hot drinks to guests across the entire park. The collaboration represents more than a supplier agreement. It reflects a shared commitment to quality, community and supporting independent businesses within the region. As part of the new arrangement, South East Coffee will provide a range of premium takes on popular hot drink selections, available throughout Pleasurewood Hills’ food and beverage outlets. From morning arrivals to mid-afternoon breaks, guests can now enjoy expertly roasted coffee crafted just down the road in Norwich.

Supporting Local, Serving Quality

At Pleasurewood Hills, supporting local businesses is a priority. Partnering with South East Coffee reinforces the park’s ongoing commitment to investing in the regional economy and working with suppliers who share its values. South East Coffee is an independent coffee roaster based in Norwich, Norfolk. Known for sourcing high-quality beans and roasting in small batches, the company has built a strong reputation across East Anglia for delivering consistently excellent coffee to hospitality venues, cafés and independent retailers. With a focus on ethical sourcing, flavour profiling and hands-on craftsmanship, South East Coffee combines traditional roasting expertise with a modern approach to quality and service. Their passion for coffee and commitment to strong client relationships make them a natural fit for a destination that welcomes thousands of visitors each season. By choosing a local partner, Pleasurewood Hills ensures that guests are not only enjoying premium beverages, but also supporting a Norfolk-based business with deep community roots.

Elevating the Guest Experience

Coffee plays an important role in the overall theme park experience. Whether fuelling an early start, accompanying a sweet treat or offering a well-earned pause between attractions, high-quality hot drinks can significantly enhance a guest’s day. Through this partnership, South East Coffee will supply a range of premium options across the park. Guests can expect expertly crafted versions of popular favourites including americanos, lattes, cappuccinos and mochas, as well as indulgent seasonal specials and rich hot chocolate. Each drink will reflect South East Coffee’s dedication to flavour, balance and quality. By elevating the standard of hot beverages available, Pleasurewood Hills continues to refine and modernise its food and beverage offering. This move aligns with the park’s wider strategy to improve guest satisfaction, increase dwell time and enhance overall spend per head through quality-driven enhancements.

A Shared Commitment to Community

Both organisations share strong ties to the region and a belief in building long-term partnerships. For South East Coffee, supplying a well-established attraction such as Pleasurewood Hills is an opportunity to showcase their product to a broad audience of families, groups and tourists visiting the area. For the park, working with a Norwich-based roaster strengthens its local supply chain and reinforces its role as a key contributor to the East Anglian visitor economy. This partnership is part of a broader approach that prioritises collaboration with local and regional businesses wherever possible. By keeping investment within the community, both companies contribute to job creation, economic resilience and regional pride.

Leadership Perspective

Levi Bellis, Operations Manager at Pleasurewood Hills, commented:

“We are delighted to be partnering with South East Coffee. As a park, we are focused on continuously improving our guest experience, and high-quality food and drink plays an important part in that. Working with a Norwich-based roaster allows us to serve premium coffee while supporting a fantastic local business. This partnership reflects our commitment to quality, community and delivering the best possible experience for our visitors.”

A spokesperson for South East Coffee added:

“We are incredibly proud to be working with Pleasurewood Hills. As a Norfolk-based roaster, supporting local attractions and businesses is at the heart of what we do. This partnership allows us to bring our coffee to thousands of guests throughout the season. We share a commitment to quality and customer experience, and we are excited to see visitors enjoying our premium blends across the park.”

Premium Takes on Popular Favourites

What sets this collaboration apart is the emphasis on quality-led refinement rather than simple substitution. South East Coffee will provide premium takes on well-loved classics, ensuring guests can enjoy barista-style drinks while spending the day at the park. The coffee beans are carefully selected and roasted to achieve a smooth, balanced flavour profile suited to a broad audience, from casual coffee drinkers to enthusiasts. Consistency will be key. Training and operational support will ensure that beverages served across the park meet the same high standard, whether purchased at a central outlet or a smaller kiosk. For families and groups, this means confidence in quality. For Pleasurewood Hills, it strengthens the perception of the park as a destination that pays attention to detail across every touchpoint.

Strengthening the Visitor Economy

Tourism and hospitality are vital pillars of the regional economy. Partnerships between attractions and independent suppliers help sustain a thriving ecosystem of local businesses. By sourcing coffee from South East Coffee, Pleasurewood Hills keeps investment within the county and supports a business that, in turn, works with other local partners. This ripple effect reinforces the strength of Norfolk’s hospitality network. The collaboration also enhances the park’s appeal to adult guests, corporate visitors and group organisers who increasingly expect premium food and beverage standards as part of their day out. It is a strategic move that balances commercial benefit with community responsibility.

Looking Ahead

As the new season approaches, guests visiting Pleasurewood Hills can look forward to enjoying premium, locally roasted coffee as part of their day. This partnership with South East Coffee reflects the park’s wider ambition to continuously improve, modernise and strengthen its community connections. By combining regional expertise with a shared passion for quality, both organisations are setting the stage for a successful and flavour-filled season ahead.
